Luis Oliveira has served as the Vice President of Information Technology for Ignite Restaurant Group, Inc., since the company was created in November, 2006, as a divestiture from Landry's Restaurants. Mr. Oliveira was responsible for creating all IT infrastructure for the new company as well as transitioning operations support and applications. He is currently responsible for all Information Technology services, leading an organization of 15 people who provide Information Technology Strategy, applications development and operations support for the company.

Prior to joining Ignite Restaurant Group, Mr. Oliveira spent 11 years at Landry's Restaurants, in various director-level positions within the Information Technology department. Mr. Oliveira holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from FESP University in Brazil and a MBA degree from the University of Houston.
