Adam Taylor is the Senior Vice President of Service Delivery at Air Serv Corporation, a mobile workforce management company primarily serving the aviation and facilities management industry. Air Serv handles more passengers requiring assistance than any other company in the world and is the industry leader in mobile technology innovation. Taylor has a diverse background and expertise in operations, process improvement, technology strategy and implementations in large, complex operating environments. These strategies have helped clients reduce operational costs through improved employee productivity and performance management facilitated by technology solutions which leverage handheld devices, mobile applications and real-time performance indicators.
Taylor began his career in the personal computing division of IBM, worked within the healthcare software industry and has been with the Air Serv Corporation since 2005. He has held several leadership positions within Air Serv including General Manager of Operations in Atlanta, the world’s busiest airport; Director of Passenger Services where he defined and developed standard operating procedures for passenger services; Vice President of Performance Management where he developed and implemented strategies to increase employee productivity through technical and process innovation, while linking performance objectives to clear metrics and goals through a balanced scorecard. Currently, Taylor serves as the Senior Vice President of Service Delivery for Air Serv with a primary focus of linking the technical systems to the human systems and deliver on the organization’s goals of leading the industry in quality, costs and the overall consumer experience.
Taylor holds a B.B.A. degree in Finance from the University of Georgia and an M.B.A. degree from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
