-Field Service structure: 700 full time employees, 1200 seasonal installers.
-Coverage: United States, Canada, & Puerto Rico, 560,000 residential customers, (2nd in market share US & Canada)
-Accolades: As Vivint’s Field Service Director for the last 2 years, Scott has overseen scheduling optimization, mobile dispatch, and field service enterprise IT integration projects recognized by ClickSoftware, Gartner, Aberdeen with “best in class” accolades & awards. Scott also spearheaded Vivint’s Honoree recognition for Mobility Enterprise Magazine’s 2010 award program under Vivint’s VP of Customer Services.
-Recent Projects: comprehensive company rebrand (APX Alarm to Vivint); staffing, logistics, & training, for implementation of 50% product & service increase (Home Automation); roll out of Vivint’s new fleet department (700 vehicles), upgrading Vivint’s scheduling & mobility platforms 4Q2011 incorporating: HTML5, paperless processes, mobile training suite, mobile CRM functions for field support, and other mobile tools. 4Q2012 projected expansion: Australia.
