The New York City Department of Design and Construction (DDC) has implemented Mobile Validity, a mobile enterprise application system from Warshaw Group, to conduct building condition assessments on city-owned properties. The application runs on tablet PCs and allow DDC inspectors to conduct thorough inspections and upload them in real time.

The City of Corona, California, will deploy FleetFocus, a fleet management software application from AssetWorks, to help the city reduce maintenance expenditures and inventory expenses while simultaneously improving productivity, efficiency, and asset utilization.

Amica Mutual Insurance, a national writer of automobile, homeowner, marine,  and life insurance, has deployed Mobility XE, a mobile VPN solution from NetMotion Wireless, to help hundreds of mobile workers securely access wireless data and applications.

DirecTV has selected ClickSoftware’s enterprise-wide workforce management platform to help improve the management and efficiency of its field service technicians and customer service. DirecTV expects to achieve higher productivity, lower operational costs, and increased responsiveness.
