The Hydrus from Two Technologies is an ultra-rugged handheld computer designed for use in extreme environments on land and sea, including law enforcement, agriculture, environmental, fleet management and hospitality sectors. It's IP67/IP68-rated for protection against dust and water. Double wall case construction of GE Xenoy is designed for impervious sealing against environmental conditions.  A 5MP True Camera system captures color images and bardcodes. Wireless communication capabilities include Bluetooth and WLAN, with RS-232 and USB ports available for peripherals. Price: $2,960. www.2t.com
