Globalizing Mobile Device Management

AirWatch 5.11 mobile device management (MDM) software includes the globalization of the AirWatch management console and the addition of standard APIs for improved communication and deeper integration between AirWatch and other enterprise systems. The communications platform includes expanded SMS and APNS messaging, the ability to define the SMS gateway within the console at the location group/location level, and a SMS listener on the device for automated actions. This latest AirWatch release also includes a comprehensive software inventory module; greater flexibility when configuring and updating devices; and further enhancements to AirWatch's highly intuitive user interface.
