The Mobilizer Awards are presented annually to end-user enterprises that have successfully deployed a mobile solution and can show ROI and/or demonstrate positive changes in business processes or strategies as a result of the deployment.
Entries from all vertical markets are welcome, including public/government agencies. All entries MUST be submitted for an end-user organization.
Developers, vendors, resellers, service providers, PR firms, and other mobile technology solutions providers may submit an entry form on behalf of their customers. However, we require full contact information for the enterprise being nominated. Failure to include this information will automatically disqualify your entry. All entrants must be approved by the end user/customer for printing in Mobile Enterprise magazine with the understanding that the winning case studies will require interviews and discussions of corporation information.

IMPORTANT NOTE OF ELIGIBILITY:n the event that your submission is chosen as a winner, an executive from the end-user enterprise MUST be available to attend the Mobile Enterprise Executive Summit in person to receive his or her company's award. Therefore, please confirm prior to entering your submission that an executive from the end-user company will indeed be available to attend this event.

VIP access to the Summit, Nov. 4-6, 2013 at the Four Seasons in Dallas, TX will be extended to one executive from each of the WINNING companies. VIP access includes free registration for the entire Summit plus a complimentary two-night hotel stay for the dates of the event.

In addition, the winning end-user enterprises will receive two additional complimentary registrations to the Summit to be used by colleagues from their own company. (This does not extend to vendors.) Winners are responsible for providing their own travel and transportation to and from the Summit.

  • Mobilizer Awards Events:
    1. Nominees Cocktail Reception on Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2013, at 5:30 p.m.
  • 2. Awards Ceremony: Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2013, at 8:30 a.m.[All winners are required to attend the awards ceremony to collect their award.]

Any commercial products and/or services used in the deployment must be available in the United States by the deadline for entries.

Only deployments that began after to Sept. 1, 2011 are eligible to win. Do not submit deployments that began before this date, as they will be rejected.

Do not submit mobile deployments that are still in the pilot stage and have not been fully deployed.

Deployments that have already been covered in Mobile Enterprise ARE eligible.

All information is subject to verification. Falsified entries will be disqualified.

Entrants are allowed to enter as often as they wish, but each entry should be submitted separately.

The judges' decisions are final.

The number of finalists and/or awards given in any category will be determined by the judges based on the number and quality of entries received.

Submissions become the property of Mobile Enterprise and will not be returned.

Mobile Enterprise and any other properties of the Mobile Enterprise Media Group of Edgell Communications reserve the right to use any information submitted in the awards application for promotional material, including magazine or Web site copy, to promote or report on the awards program.

Mobile Enterprise reserves the right to modify or amend these rules at any time.

  • A panel of judges made up of Mobile Enterprise editors and our editorial advisory board (EAB) evaluates the entries based on the following criteria:
    • Richness of deployment
  • • Innovation
  • • Ease of deployment
  • • Business improvement and detailed ROI All winners will be notified of the judges' decisions on or about August 5, 2013.


The Mobilizer Awards recognize the following mobile deployment categories. There will also be a special award given for INNOVATION. All submissions are eligible. NO extra information or separate entry is needed.

  • • Mobilizing Business Applications – Developing mobile access to critical legacy business applications or the creation of new mobile applications, that increase worker output and efficiency due to their mobile nature, and that deliver competitive advantages.
  • • Mobile Device Management Implementation –Deployments regarding securing, monitoring, managing, and supporting mobile devices across the enterprise to optimize the functionality and security of your mobile communications network, all while minimizing cost and downtime.
  • • Enterprise-Wide Mobility Deployment –Deployment of mobile technology across an entire enterprise. Wireless deployments should optimize the efficiency of employees through better mobile connectivity within the four walls or across the entire campus of your enterprise. Mobile device deployments across the enterprise should optimize the efficiency of employees inside or outside the four walls.
  • • Field Service –Deployments that optimize processes and mobilize data outside your company’s four walls, in the field.
