The Mobilizer Awards are presented annually to end user enterprises that have successfully deployed a mobile solution and can show ROI and/or demonstrate positive changes in business processes or strategies as a result of the deployment.
Entries from all vertical markets are welcome, including public/government agencies. All entries MUST be submitted for an end user enterprise. Developers, vendors, resellers, service providers, PR firms, and other mobile technology solutions providers are NOT eligible for awards.
Developers, vendors, resellers, service providers, PR firms, and other mobile technology solutions providers may submit an entry form on behalf of their customers. However, we require full contact information for the enterprise being nominated. Failure to include this information will automatically disqualify your entry.
The intiatives being submitted should mainly focus on employee-facing mobility, but may have consumer-facing aspects as well. However, mobile deployments solely focused on the consumer will not be considered.
All entrants must be approved by the end user/customer for printing in Mobile Enterprise magazine with the understanding that the winning case studies will require interviews and discussions of corporation information.
IMPORTANT NOTE OF ELIGIBILITY: A representative from the winning company MUST BE PRESENT at the Mobile Enterprise Executive Summit to receive the award or will be disqualified. Therefore, please confirm prior to entering that an executive from the end-user company will indeed be available to attend this event.
VIP access to the Summit, Nov. 5-7, 2013 at the Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale, FL will be extended to one executive from each of the WINNING companies. VIP access includes free registration for the entire Summit plus a complimentary two-night hotel stay for the dates of the event.
In addition, the winning end-user enterprises will receive two additional complimentary registrations to the Summit to be used by colleagues from their own company. (This does not extend to vendors.) Winners are responsible for providing their own travel and transportation to and from the Summit.
The Awards Ceremony takes place on Friday, November 7, from 8:35 -8:50.
Any commercial products and/or services used in the deployment must be available in the United States by the deadline for entries.
Only deployments that began on or after Sept. 1, 2012 are eligible to win. Do not submit deployments that began before this date, as they will be rejected.
Do not submit mobile deployments that are still in the pilot stage and have not been fully deployed.
Deployments that have already been covered in Mobile Enterprise ARE eligible.
All information is subject to verification. Falsified entries will be disqualified.
Each entry should be submitted separately.
A panel of judges made up of Mobile Enterprise editors and editorial advisory board (EAB) members evaluate the entries based on creativity and impact of the project; measureable business process, productivity improvements and detailed ROI.
All winners will be notified of the judges' decisions on or about August 8, 2014.
The judges' decisions are final.
The number of finalists and/or awards given in any category will be determined by the judges based on the number and quality of entries received.
Submissions become the property of Mobile Enterprise and will not be returned.
