Top 10 Apps for Business

While custom enterprise apps are increasing, some business apps don't need to be recreated. Plus, with BYOD, employees are often ahead of the company when it comes to seeking out the tools they need to make their mobile jobs easier. Here's a view of the top 10 public business apps (categorized by the app stores that way) for Android, iOS, BB10 and Windows.

For BlackBerry 10, the lack of apps has been cited as an issue (though at last count they have about as many as Windows), and there is no way to discover which business apps for the new platform are most popular.
 
However, in April, BlackBerry blog manager, Donny Halliwell, wrote about the Top 10 BB10 Business Apps which include Vault Password Manager, Business Cards for BlackBerry, Hide Files for BlackBerry 10, Find Near Me and a Day in the Life.
 
In an earlier interview with Mobile Enterprise, Gregg Ostrowski, Senior Director, Enterprise Developer Partnerships for BlackBerry said the top BB10 apps he uses everyday are WebEx and NoteSmartly.
