Alltel Adds Corrigo Field Service Application

— January 25, 2008

Alltel Wireless, America's largest network, and Corrigo, a leading provider of on-demand service management software for maintenance, installation and repair organizations, today announced they will work together to provide small to mid-size business customers the ability to monitor field technicians and increase overall productivity.

With Corrigo's WorkTrack Service Management system, service-based businesses can wirelessly dispatch work orders to employees in the field.  Those workers are then able to pick up and manage the orders using select mobile devices on the Alltel network. WorkTrack Service Management also provides businesses the ability to monitor field technicians' time and provide efficient status reports with real-time reporting, resulting in reduced payroll and administrative costs. This application is equipped with GPS technology, which allows jobs to be dispatched to the most skilled technicians for particular jobs as well as monitor employees when they arrive to a job site. The software also enables employees to remotely clock their time and capture customers' signatures for quick invoicing on capable devices.

"Alltel Wireless focuses on providing customers the right tools to make their work easier," said David Maddox, director of advanced data solutions for Alltel Wireless. "Our relationship with Corrigo will help small to mid-size business customers efficiently conduct their business in a manner competitive to larger companies."

"Alltel Wireless is providing very innovative solutions for their business customers," said Rick Michaux, president of Corrigo. "Through our WorkTrack Service Management solution, we are looking forward to helping Alltel's business customers get more work done, get paid faster and do their payroll better."
