At Citrix Synergy, the event where virtual computing takes center stage, Citrix Systems announced GoToManage for iPad, a free application that enables users to securely troubleshoot and provide real-time technical support to a computer user’s system from anywhere. Workshifting for IT will soon be possible with the availability of the number one remote support solution on Apple’s popular mobile media and computing device.
