Syclo, a veteran provider of mobile solutions for workforce automation, announced that its SMART Work Manager application has been deployed by Belgium-based TMVW, a large water production and distribution utility with approximately 500,000 customers. TMVW turned to Syclo for help in improving multiple work processes, including in-stream infrastructure maintenance, distribution system management and metering operations.
Syclo's SMART Work Manager was configured and implemented at TMVW by Syclo's partner Capgemini. Capgemini's global mobility group handled the entire project from initial blueprinting to final handoff. As a long-term technology advisor to TMVW, Capgemini leveraged its knowledge of the utility's business processes and the systems environment to design a mobile solution that was a close fit with TMVW's workflows and data capture needs.
