According to the company, its clients in South Africa and Europe have welcomed the new partnership, citing the growing need for solutions to manage corporate and employee-owned mobile devices, protect corporate data, distribute enterprise applications, and secure mobile access to corporate documents.

Gyde also noted that AirWatch's advanced API framework allows for close integration with Dimension Data’s telecom expense management offering, Xigo Enterprise.

The partnership and enterprise mobility capabilities will be showcased at AirWatch Connect 2013 taking place at Mobile World Congress.
