Douwe Egberts Nederland (division of D.E. MASTER BLENDERS 1753 Retail division) is utilizing the mobileRetail platform from Spring Mobile Solutions. Spring Mobile’s mobileRetail solution will enable Douwe Egberts Netherlands field representatives to quickly move from a manually-intensive, paper-based workflow to a fully automated platform mobilizing their field operations, as well as allowing the organization to be more efficient and effective to serve its retail customers.
Douwe Egberts field staff predominantly visit supermarkets and hypermarkets. The company is positioned as number one for coffee and tea in the Netherlands. The Retail division – which sells a number of trusted brands – had been running with a limited and time intensive paper-based and manual data entry system for in-field activities.
