Accenture will now deliver its HR Audit and Compliance Tool as a service on SAP HANA Cloud Platform. The software offering is expected to complement and extend the capabilities of SuccessFactors Employee Central software from SuccessFactors, an SAP company.
The solution, delivered as a service on SAP HANA Cloud Platform, is designed to help manage the HR compliance needs of companies operating across a range of vertical categories, including regulation-heavy industries such as oil and gas and financial services.
The proactive reporting capabilities of the software can automatically check data against specified criteria and rules. This enables quick and agile operational, compliance and audit reporting designed to identify inconsistencies in vital human resources (HR) data before they create significant issues for the business.
Using SAP HANA Cloud Platform, the software as a service can help companies more effectively harness SuccessFactors Employee Central software to better align the workforce with business goals. Because the tool automatically checks data in SuccessFactors software or the SAP ERP Human Capital Management solution running on premise, both HR and IT departments can manage personnel demands while maintaining consistently high data quality, helping to lower operating costs.
