KIS Moves onBoard

— January 17, 2013

In Motion Technology, a mobile enterprise network provider headquartered in British Columbia, has an agreement with Knowledge Information Solutions (KIS) to distribute the onBoard System.

The communications system enables fleets to become a seamless extension of the enterprise IT network.

The system is designed so video, voice, data, vehicle location, and diagnostic information can securely flow to and from vehicles. Organizations will be able to use any device over any network, adding and changing networks based on coverage, technology and price. In addition, the mobile operation can be monitored and managed from any web-enabled computer.

In Motion is deployed in thousands of law enforcement, fire and EMS agencies, transit and commercial vehicles in North America.

Virginia Beach-based KIS provides IT products and services to Federal, public sector, and commercial organizations. The company has 58,000 clients across the United States.
