Philips Consumer Electronics has streamlined its service parts inventory system with a strategic service management solution from Servigistics. Philips tapped Servigistics software to manage inventory, reduce the chances of circulating obsolete parts and prevent the overstocking of parts with short life spans.
Philips implemented the solution in Region APMEA (Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa).

Servigistics partnered with specialist consultancy Barkawi Management Consultants to provide project planning and business expertise for the implementation in Shanghai.
