Panasonic's ToughBook CF-U1 is a rugged ultra mobile PC (UMPC) designed for field workers in harsh environments. It integrates the new Intel Atom low-power processor and features an LCD touchscreen, solid state drives and an optional fingerprint scanner. Data capture is enabled via 1D or 2D barcode scanners, RFID readers and a 2 megapixel camera. Offers full-shift battery life and Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 3G connectivity.
