iPad App Helps Leasing Managers Deliver Better Service

By Jessica Binns, Contributing Editor — June 25, 2012

Yardi is launching Yardi Leasing Pad, a revolutionary new leasing tool designed for leasing managers to use on their tablets, at the 2012 NAA Education Conference & Exposition in Boston this week.

As the newest innovation for Voyager Software as a Service, Yardi Leasing Pad empowers leasing managers with mobile leasing capabilities as they interact with prospects and residents while walking the community, or offsite. Leasing managers can easily step a prospect through the leasing process from initial contact to online lease execution, or assist a resident during move in, move out, or renewal—all from their tablet. Yardi Leasing Pad takes the contact, lead, lease, resident and property data housed in the Yardi Voyager property management system and packages it in an intuitive, streamlined, and mobile way for leasing managers.

Designed as a Voyager S plug-in, Yardi Leasing Pad delivers browser agnostic mobile leasing management via tablet. This tool provides leasing managers with access to property marketing listings data and lead tracking and management through Yardi PopCard. It also delivers operations and leasing dashboards featuring data from Yardi Voyager and residential analytic reporting with drill-down for complete prospect, applicant and resident handling. There is no setup or configuration required; users can sign in using their existing Yardi Voyager username and password.

"In today’s increasingly mobile world, prospects and residents are looking for communities that utilize innovative technology to enhance the prospect and resident experience," said Terri Dowen, senior vice president of sales for Yardi. "Yardi Leasing Pad will not only help leasing managers meet the demands of prospects and residents looking for instant responsiveness and service, but will help them easily and quickly turn more prospects into residents and promote resident retention and satisfaction."
