App for Law Enforcement Available on iOS and Android
Salient Federal Solutions, Inc., a provider of information technology, engineering, and intelligence analytic services to agencies in the intelligence, defense, homeland security, cyber security, and federal civilian markets, has made its Voyager Query for Law Enforcement app available on the the Apple iOS and Android mobile platforms.
The app is used by law enforcement to gain real-time access into criminal justice databases such as the FBI’s National Crime Information Center (NCIC) and the International Justice and Public Safety Network (Nlets). Officers can run wants, warrants and drivers' license checks directly from a web browser.
Voyager Query for Law Enforcement can be deployed on dedicated or shared servers or from the cloud, and it is compliant with all federal security requirements governing access and control of the data.
