Citrix has made mobile and web enhancements to Podio, its collaboration platform that centralizes discussions and content. Available immediately, the new versions of the apps for iPhone and Android deliver additional collaboration tools, enabling workers to share and stay in touch with team members from any mobile device.

According to a February 2013 IDC Social Business Survey, 79% of companies have now deployed enterprise social software, with mobile playing a key role in the evolution of a more social workplace. 

With a new design for the iPhone app, Citrix's new version now supports iOS Accessibility VoiceOver capabilities for vision-impaired users. The Android app offers more calendar features and comprehensive task management tools including the ability to edit tasks, mark complete and share images.

Additionally, Citrix has expanded the multilingual and international support of Podio, bringing the total number of languages Podio is available in to 11.
